Frequently Asked Questions
What payment options are available?
Credit card, bank transfer and cash may be used with advance notice. Current payment conditions are confirmed when booking.
Are the vehicles insured?
Vehicles have compulsory traffic insurance and rental-use cover. Coverage, excess and exclusions vary by vehicle and policy; confirm before pickup.
Can I request delivery to my hotel in Belek?
Yes. Include your hotel name and collection and return times. The meeting point, availability and any delivery charge are confirmed before booking.
Can I collect at Antalya Airport and return at my hotel?
You can select collection and return points separately. Share your flight number and return location so the team can confirm the meeting arrangements and any one-way charge.
Is my reservation request confirmed instantly?
Sending the form creates a request. The booking is confirmed after our team checks vehicle availability, the total price and collection arrangements.
What is included in the rental price?
Use the listed daily rate as a starting point. Check the total cost and included items in your written quote for your dates, locations, insurance options and additional services.
Where can I check age, licence and deposit requirements?
Review the conditions listed on the vehicle page. If age, licence history or deposit details are not listed, ask the team for the conditions for your selected car before booking.
What are the cancellation, fuel and mileage terms?
A recorded mileage limit is shown on the vehicle page. Check the fuel return policy, cancellation or date-change terms and extra mileage charges in your quote and agreement before confirming.
